Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance. However, I am happy to provide a monthly billing statement (called a Superbill) that can be submitted for potential reimbursement through your out of network benefits. Please inquire with your insurance company if you have out of network benefits and what the reimbursement rate is for your knowledge.
Do you offer in person or virtual appointments? What are your general hours?
In person appointments are offered on Thursdays and Fridays at my office in Clarksville. I offer Telehealth appointments to all Texas residents Tuesday-Friday via the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom. My general hours are Tuesday- Friday 9a-7p.
What are your fees?
My fee for an individual 50-minute session is $165. My fee for a couples 60-minute session is $225. Group therapy fees are currently set at $90 per 90-minute session.
Do you offer sliding scale?
Sliding scale spots are limited to qualified clients based on income. Currently all sliding scale spots are full.
How do you collect payment?
Payment is collected at the time of your session and is automatically processed through my online secure booking software and client portal, Simple Practice. I ask that you input your card information into the client portal while filling out your new client documents.
